Return Policy

  • Returns on full-price items are accepted if they are received by Footwear In Mind within 21 calendar days of the date your order was shipped.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or for purchases made with gift cards.
  • All footwear must be unworn and in its original, resalable condition.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and box.
  • All returns must be authorized and approved by us in advance of you shipping the item back. Please contact us to initiate a return and obtain approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We accept returns for a full refund on the purchase price of full-price items only. Original shipping fees will not be included in the refund.
  • No unauthorized or COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted if the item is received by Footwear In Mind within 21 calendar days of the date your original order was shipped.

  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and box.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including the cost of returning the original item and the shipping cost for the new item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Errors and Manufacturer Defects Policy

  • If a return is necessary due to a shipping error on our part or a confirmed manufacturer’s defect, we will cover all reasonable shipping charges associated with the return and, if applicable, the reshipment of a corrected order.
  • Please contact us immediately to report the issue and obtain approval before returning any item. Proof of the defect or error may be requested.
  • No unauthorized or COD returns will be accepted for this reason.
